My father passed away almost two years ago, and I’m still struggling deeply with the loss. The grief and guilt feel overwhelming and make it hard to move forward or focus on life. I would truly appreciate any advice on how to cope.¶
What inner qualities should I develop to become a source of sakinah and barakah for my father during this hardship? Are there specific adhkar or practices I should adopt for rizq in our home? And please make dua for ease in my marriage as well.¶
You previously mentioned in the Kitab Al Insaaf that one oscillates between being through Dhat of Allah (where one feels close) and the Action of Allah (where one feels distant). For the former is it the dhat itself or the dhat siffat? Is Ilm Laduni and marifa two separate uloom?¶
