What is the difference between the tariqa of shukr vs tariqa of mujahada. I dont put myself through certain rigours so I eat, sleep etc as I find it too difficult to do otherwise, but how do I know im not just giving my nafs an easy time?¶
You have mentioned that people shouldn't be alone, but how can one deal with loneliness and avoid going insane when there is no Muslim community and people generally are busy with other priorities such as family—and one doesn't have a Muslim family?¶
