The government has decided to ease the lockdown. The mosques are open and people must follow precautions like standing at a distance, wearing a mask, and floors are cleaned after every prayer. Should one still pray at home or go pray in the mosque?¶
With regards to the hadith to an ‘alim, a mujahid, and a generous man going to hell due to their intention behind their acts, is it correct to start something or quit something if one has expectations of reward or alleviation of hardship in this life?¶
I’m scheduled to fly back to the UK after Eid from Saudi Arabia where I have been working; should this be avoided? The British embassy in Saudi has scheduled a special flight, taking into the consideration the coronavirus, i.e. social distancing, spraying things down, etc.¶
From the Shadhili point of view, how do we understand hearing nature when the heart may be concealed from hearing so that nothing can enter it or escape it. When unsealed, can it receive the secrets of the Real?¶
