When the weather is good, I walk outdoors at a faster pace but the weather is not suitable most of the year where I live. Thus, I do my daily awrad and wadhifa walking indoors, where I turn around the house about 50 metres in. My speed is much slower indoors, at 5 miles per hour, because of the turns. Sometimes I go out to a quiet mall and walk 5 kilometres per hour. Any faster than this hurts my lower back. Would you consider this sufficient exercise?¶
