Upon completing the muraqaba lessons, I follow up in the subsequent manner. Please tell me if this is acceptable,I hold muraqaba for missing a prayer, anger, and the six sins mentioned in Lesson 2. Every time I commit one of these sins, I pray the tawba prayer, give sadaqa, and start over. Occasionally, I note a sin, or a bad habit, that I am to rid myself of and then finally add the ‘Azima al-Shadhiliya to my list. Is this sufficient to go by? |
