I've been offered to work in a hospital in Madinah Munawwarah as a Pediatrician. This would allow me to be closer to family as otherwise I'm based far away. But I'm afraid I don't have the adab to live in Madinah and also to work there in 'Orthodox' medicine. What do you advise?¶
